This post will be updated regularly so please read it regularly to stay up to date on the latest news & updates for StreamSmart customers.

Sub Zero, Wolf, and Veritas are currently in maintenance for a few weeks.

YouTube Add-on has been fixed. No need to manually fix this anymore. Double click red refresh button to get the update.

If you are having problems with your unit go to StreamSmart Tools then select option clear data.
Go back into Media Player. When it says click ok click ok on remote and run the Wizard to reset your unit.
Even if you did this a few days ago please do it again to fix any current issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you get a message App Store may be offline or cannot find streamsmart wizard go back to StreamSmart Tools and make sure it doesn’t show you are not connected.
If it says you are not connected restart your router then the streamsmart Box and try again.

If after day light savings ended and your time is off by one hour read this post how to adjust it.

StreamSmart Prime customers ONLY:
There is a new OTA update that is mandatory that fixes audio, and sub titles button on remote. There are other enhancements in this firmware so make sure you update. After the update your firmware will be on version 8.2.1
Pro Plus model firmware is 8.2.2
All other models are still on version 8.0.2
